All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you via email or a website banner. 

2. Shipping Destinations

At this time, Sista Boutique We Got Your Size only offers nationwide shipping across all 50 U.S. states, not internationally.

3. Order Tracking

Customers should receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers once their order ships. Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours. 

4. Damages & Issues

Sista Boutique We Got Your Size is not liable for damages or losses during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and to keep all packaging materials and damaged items.
